Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada is a public university in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. This college offer a lot of courses.

Placements of Chemical branch are not so good here. The highest package is around 4-5 LPA per year whereas the average salary package is around 2-3 lakhs. This college has good placements only for CSE branch, upto 10 LPA. Education system is good yet and other facilities are also above average.

RVR & J C College of Engineering is an engineering college in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. This college also offers a lot of courses.

Placements for Chemical branch are good than JNTU. Highest packages goes upto 8 LPA in Chemical branch whereas the average package is around 4-5 LPA. Also the other facilities are good here.

And for JNTU the previous year cut-off is around 7371 rank for sc category ( electronics and communication engineering)

Hope you are doing well. Ecet exam is the entrence exam for perusing your undergraduation course in your desired field of Engineering and Technology. The minimum percentile you need to have is 25 %i.e 50 marks out of 200 marks. The ranks are based on the marks you will score in your exam. So you need to score high marks so that you can get high ranks below 1000. Some of the criteria which are considered for alloting seats :

As per your query i will be providing the main difference between both the colleges placements, infrastructure and Faculty.

Firstly the placements of EEE in JNTUH Manthani is better than OU food Tech. as almost 10-20% of the students get placed in campus placements of JNTUH. And the highest salary package offered is 7.5 LPA and the average salary package offered is 3 LPA . But in OU hardly 10% of the students from OU food technology course get placed.

Infrastructure - So basically in terms of this even JNTUH is better as Wi-Fi is available for all students and the facilities are moderate and it's a nice place to study and it is a good environment to study. The facilities like Wi-Fi, labs and library are very good.

And finally in terms of Faculty both the colleges are decent. Both the colleges have highly qualified faculties.

So lastly i would suggest JNTUH. After this everything is upto you.

It is expected that college can start after Diwali. As there is no confirm date of opening the college. As per the government it is observed that in unlock 5.0 they have opened the schools in odd even base. So the college can start after Diwali . The final date is not released yet.

As you are studying under JNTU affiliated college, there is not need for you to pay the subsequent years fee to the college, if the college asks for the fee, the college can be penalized according to the rules. And you can get back your Original Certificates from the college with out paying any extra money.

You have not mentioned the exam name in which you have secured these ranks. From your question I can guess that these ranks are in EAMCET exam. Based on your in category+ female rank which is 259, you can definitely get JNTU Hyderabad and also your desired stream which is computer science and engineering.
You rank is good enough to fetch you a seat in your desired college along with your desired branch.

Hello. As per my research, the cuttoffs have a lot of fluctuations. So coming onto any decision is really hard.

And the difference between the local that is a domicile containing student will have af oarde more options and better chances than other state students.

Competition is really tough. And there is a large difference maintained for local and outside students.
