In 2018 the cut off rank for admission to Computer Science Engineering in JNTU, Kalikiri for SC category was 59884 and for admission to Electronics and Communication Engineering it was 45650. Considering this you have decent chances of getting seat in this university. But cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.

As you haven't mentioned any particular branch in your query so as per the previous yearcutoff ranks the chances of getting seat in top branches like cse,eee,ece are low whereas getting seat in mechanical,chemical etc..is high due to the rank you have got and reservation you have. Well keeping the current situation in mind as we all know Hyderabad is experiencing heavy rainfall which as per the the CM of telengana KC rao has affected 5000crores loss in hyderabad.  Despite that government is working relentlessly to save the people lives.

So talking about about JNTUG or keshav memorial institute of Technology   they wont sink up as hyderabad is fighting and dealing pretty well with heavy rainfall affects.

Both the colleges are better if you get a good branch.The placement scenario is also good in both the campus but Vijayawada has comparatively more good placement scenario.The collges have good faculties , infrastructure but placement is good in Vijayawada.I hope this will help you to get a more precised idea of both the colleges.

On the basis of your rank obtained there seems  less chances of yours to get a seat at JNTUH .The rank you obtained does not comes under the closing rank required to get a seat in CSE branch when compared with previous year closing rank.So there seems less possibilities of yours to get a seat in CSE branch at JNTUH  as your rank is not under the closing rank.

The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.

College Infrastructure

It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
