    You have not mentioned whether 21k is your general rank or SC rank.

    If it is your SC rank, you will not get admission in any decent college with CSE.

    However if it is your General rank, you will definitely get admission in any college maybve even JNTU but

    As of the placement trends and other statistics, JNTU Hyderabad is a far better college than CBIT to pursue engineering in the Computer Science Engineering department.

    Placement of JNTU Hyderabad is continuously good, and a lot of MNCs visit the college for the placement.

    based on your rank you have great chances to get admission in cbit and jntuh , both are well known for there excellence and background and you will be eligible for both the colleges and its more easy to get admission in cbit then jntuh as per previous years

    You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category in 2018 a candidate with rank 8547 secured in  JNTU, Pulivendula in ECE considering this you do not have chances of getting seat in JNTU, Pulivendula in ECE. However, cut off is subjected to change every

    College Infrastructure

    The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.

    College Infrastructure

    It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
