Hello Sathvik!
JNTUH offers IDP or Integrated Dual Degree Programmes. There are 10 IDP courses offered:
B.Tech in Civil/CSE/E&E/E&C/Mechanical + M.Tech
B.Tech in Civil/CSE/E&E/E&C/Mechanical + MBA
When it comes to placements, ofcourse you can get placements if you are doing integrated courses. However, the placement record for integrated courses is less than that of UG courses . Many companies just prefer B.E students rather than IDP students.
If you are planning to do M.Tech after B.E then may be you can take integrated course as it will save one year. If your target is placement then doing B.E should be fine for the same.
Hi Aditya,
Computer Science Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) are more or less equivalent branch of engineering. They do differ in some respects but most are same. Consequently, similar is the case with their placement track record. In JNTU affiliated colleges the placement of these branches is decent and the package is lucrative and well-paid. Both the department of engineering has similar placement track record there. The highest package fluctuates around 10 lakh per annum in most of the JNTU affiliated colleges. So the package is similar in both CSE department as well IT department.
Hope it helps you.

Hi aspirant,
You asked for the job opportunity for JNTU Hyderabad.
In Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hydrabad, the job opportunities given to the students of mechanical engineering are not so good but medium. Very less percentage of students are placed. I think the highest salary package offered is around 3 LPA and the lowest package offered is more or less 2.4 LPA. Very few companies visited, and for the mechanical engineering branch, very fewer companies visit this college as compared to other streams like CSE, EEE, ECE, etc.
So, if you are a dedicated student, you may go for it.
All the best !!
:)

ALL THE BEST
The college has good infrastructure. The classrooms are clean and spacious, with proper seating and ventilation. The library has many books and a quiet place to study. Labs are well-equipped with the necessary tools for practical work. There is Wi-Fi on campus, and computer labs are also available. The campus is green and well-maintained, with places to sit and relax. Hostels are decent, with basic facilities like clean rooms, water, and food.
It is a spacious college with good labs, library, department, medical, etc. The college provides a cricket ground, basketball, football, volleyball courts and even a separate complex for indoor games. Hostels were good and food quality was also good in both mess and canteen.
College infrastructure refers to the physical and technological facilities available on campus, such as classrooms, libraries, labs, sports facilities, and hostels. A good infrastructure supports a better learning environment and overall student experience. It includes modern amenities, proper maintenance, and accessibility for students and staff. A college with strong infrastructure helps in providing a comfortable and efficient space for academic and extracurricular activities.
