JUET Guna Scholarships
Students admitted to JUET Guna or willing to take admission are eligible for JUET Guna scholarships. JUET Guna students can apply for various state scholarships. Students wanting to avail JUET Guna scholarships must apply online on the government website and submit a printout to the university office with all the supporting documents within a stipulated time.
Students can check the list of scholarships offered by the Government of Madhya Pradesh by visiting the official scholarship portal. Apart from these scholarships, students at Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology Guna can also apply for various UGC, AICTE, etc scholarships. To check the eligibility criteria, conditions, procedures, students can visit the national scholarship portal. Documents that need to be submitted with the application form are income certificate issued by Tehsildar/SDM in the original copy, caste certificate issued by SDM attested photocopy, last two-year exam mark sheets, domicile certificate issued by Tehsildar/SDM in the original copy, fee receipt photocopy, bank account details and aadhar card. Eligible students can also apply for education loans offered by various nationalized banks.

B.Tech Chemical Engineering - Batch of 2015-01-01
Academics
Faculty mostly PhD from IITs, teach well on topics like thermodynamics and process design, with projects and internships. Syllabus updated with practicals, exams fair but attendance strict. NAAC A+ grade, good for basics.
Sometimes teachers busy with research, less time for doubts. Still, helps build strong foundation for higher studies.
College Infra
Campus is huge, 125 acres with lots green trees and a pretty lake in middle. Labs for chemical engineering got good equipment like reactors and distillation units, library big with books and wifi.
Classrooms spacious but no AC, gets hot in summers. Hostels clean with gym and laundry, but some roads bumpy. Overall nice and peaceful spot.
Campus Life
Life is chill with fests like Verve cultural and tech ones, clubs for dance, debate and sports. Green campus great for walks, but strict rules for girls and far from city, no much outing. Mess food average, friends make it fun. Co-ed vibe, feels like small town family here.
Placements
For chemical, placements okay, about 70-80% get jobs but mostly IT like Infosys, Wipro or core like Jaypee group. Median package 6 LPA, highest around 10-12 LPA last year. Many go for GATE or PSUs. Placement cell trains resumes and skills, but core companies few. Better than many privates, but not top tier.
Value For Money
Fees about 2 lakhs per year, plus hostel 80k, total around 2.6 lakhs annual.
Get good labs, faculty and fests for that price, scholarships for merit or SC/ST too.
NIRF ranked, worth it over expensive privates.
No regrets, saved money and got solid degree, even if location remote.

Campus life might seem very dull at the start but once you grow into this feeling and start exploring it becomes better as the crowd is very friendly and the clubs are encouraging and the overall sense of community starts to grow on you
Placements
Overall,the placements are quite good,with a decent number of students getting placed every year.Both the median and the mean packages are satisfactory and can not be said to be lacking.Top companies often visit every year or two

Questioning the value-for-money aspect can be a bit tricky because it all really depends on how well you make use of the facilities and the environment there to put yourself out to people and grow using the network

The infrastructure of the college is very good. The building are very good and they made far from city which make the environment there as fresh. It also has building for different kind of sports in which students can play.

Or the one who has left the lower branch seat and has kept himself in a waiting list in the councelling.
Hello Aspirant,
Any student who has taken a lower branch seat but waiting for upgradation will be allotted a seat much sooner than the student who left the lower branch seat and is only on the waiting list. The former is already in the system considered for upgradation in each round and the latter will have their name considered after every other upgradation case is completed.

It's unlikely you'll get into IT or ECE at Jaypee Noida with an 86 percentile in JEE Main 2025. While it might be possible to get into some other programs or lower-ranked institutes, achieving that percentile would likely mean a lower rank and less competitive chances for those specific programs
