For your BBA course at Narsee Monjee College, you will not need maths in 12th, it is not compulsory however you will have to take Narsee Monjee institute entrance exam for the course. Among these 5 campuses, except navi mumbai,all 4 offers PGDM course.The best one of all of them for doing PGDM would be most likely Bangalore campus.

BBA is offered by Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

It is a full time, 3 year duration course.

As far as the entrance exam is concerned there is no entrance exam required.

The only essential eligibility criteria is candidates must have passed higher secondary 12 std

Yes, your score is very close to last 10 years verbal cut off . 

Yes, the cut off may rise little this year . It depends a lot on your Group discussion and personal interview. I would suggest you to go well prepared for the GD and personal interview.
