It is very tough for you to get into any NIT with your common rank list rank of 138998 but can surely get into one with your SC category rank in the newer NITs.

There are 2 NIT Srinagar, one of them is in Jammu and Kashmir and the other one is in Uttarakhand.

For the same branch you should go in this order

NIT Uttarakhand > NIT Srinagar (J&K) > NIT Manipur

Both NIT Uttarakhand and NIT Sringar is well established and better

I see that you want to do architecture from top colleges , but considering the rank which you got in jee mains paper 2, which is above 8000 rank , although you are an obc candidate ,still it's too much for getting into the top colleges.
