As according to me, NIT Rourkela is better than NIT Patna. NIT Rourkela have high demand than NIT Patna. Where the infrastructure and tuition fees and placements are better than NIT Patna. So, I prefer to go through NIT Rourkela.

Your percentile score is good but not very good to get you cse or it at your preferred mentioned college. Although if you have home state qouta then you might get civil or mechanical at nit jamshedpur or at bit meshra. You can get cse at BIT SINDRI
