Last year cutoff rank for admission in cse in NIT Raipur for open seats in last round of counseling was 24284 and 10702 for home state and other state candidates respectively.
For this you need 97.6 - 98 percentile and 99- 99.4 percentile respectively.

Both are very high rated and well reputed college in India.NIT raipur is already a brand and so placements there are very good with pay package of around 68 LPA.
