Hello,
If you are enquiring regarding Under Graduate Engineering course then here is the previous year cut off in JoSAA round 6 counselling for National Institute of Technology Raipur for SC (Home state) category branch-wise
As you can see the cut off is different for branch. You have to secure a rank which is approximately equal to the previous year cut off because the cut off rank may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. To get admission in core branches such as Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, EEE, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering etc you need to score a rank below 16000 and for branches such as CSE, IT you need to secure a rank below 9500.

Hello Aspirant,
The comparison between the two colleges shows that:
The infrastructure and facilities of COEP are far better than NIT Raipur. However, COEP is a state Government college, while NIT Raipur is an NIT, thus having better exposure.
Faculty are good at both the colleges, yet NIT Raipur is a great place to study.
For placements, I would suggest COEP as it is the top college of Maharashtra and has better placement records.
I would say that COEP is better than NIT Raipur in most aspects.
Yet, it is for you to decide which one to choose, according to your preference. Choose wisely.
Hope this information helps you. Feel free to ask more questions.
Have a good day!! All the best.
Hello aspirant,
No need to get worried if the status of your admission in NIT Raipur shows pending. It's because the officials are taking time to get your documents and other necessary credentials to be verified. Since the admission number is too high, so maybe that's why it's taking a lot of time to get it done and that's why the status is showing as "pending". Don't worry, so the authorities will notify you through mail. Till the time, be patient.
Hope, it helps you.
