I am assuming that you belong to general category and your profile suggests that you are from Odisha so you will be eligible for home state quota in NIT Rourkela

This is a bit difficult to predict the marks/percentile/rank required in JEE mains to get a seat as cut

Home state EWS: 1699

All India General: 5674

All India EWS: 618

So, judging from previous year cut off, you need to score more than 135-140 marks in JEE Main.
