Hello dear ,
Yes you can get NIT - Trichy with 95% as you belongs to SC Category . For the candidates to qualify for the admission in the NITs/IIITs and such other CFTIs whose admissions are based on the JEE(Main) ranks, they should have secured at least 75% marks in the 12th class examination, or be in the top 20 percentile in the 12th class examination conducted by the respective Boards.

Hello sir/mam,
You have not mentioned if the candidate come under NCL or CL. If it is CL then she is considered as general category candidate. As said with 189 marks her overall percentile is expected to be in between 99.49 - 99.69 and her overall rank will be in between 2750 - 4400 and category rank will be in between 402 - 1452. In 2019 the cut off for admission in NIT, Trichy under home state category was as follows
ECE
CSE
Considering this she has decent chances of getting seat irrespective of her category (OBC-NCL or OBC-CL). This was the cut off in round 7. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available. The predicted rank and percentile is based on our JEE Main Rank Predictor .
We have JEE Main College Predictor to predict the colleges

Hi aspirant,
You have obtained 94.5 percentile in JEE Main. Based on this percentile your Common Rank list (CRL) rank would be 58,000 approximately and the corresponding OBC category rank would be around 15,000. In NIT Tiruchirapalli under home state quota, the last year seventh round closing rank was maximum for Production and industrial Engineering and it was 11,223 and was 11220 for Materials and Metallurgical Engineering. Beyond this rank there was no admission there. You rank is more than this and hence chances are less that you will get seat in NIT Trichy. If possible you can go for spot round counselling. Nevertheless, you can find your best option depending on you rank by using our JEE Main college predictor tool by clicking on the following link: https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer
Hope it helps you.
The infrastructure of college is quite good , big and well designed . The classroom is properly ventilated and has smart board for effective learning, The library has all the books of different categories and students can issue any of the books in respective time. There are many grounds for respective sports and properly maintained periodically.
It’s campus is so big that moving from one department to other requires a lot of time else you can use bicycles. The view of college is amazing. There is wifi facility along big big classrooms and labs. I don’t suggest you the mess food.
So the campus is having very beautiful greenery all around which makes the best nit of india look great. The hostels are although developed but their can be some improvements to make it advanced. I like the mess food.
