Yes, you are eligible for getting cse branch in nit trichy as your rank is definitely very good but it's somewhat difficult seeing the least year cutoff tends for nit trichy for cse branch. But you can get other branches with ease.

Hello, well this depends on various factors like number of students giving the exam, seats available for a branch , category seat , and most importantly number of students filling the branch in the counseling. That's means it can't be easily say that closing rank of Nit Trichi will increase or decrease this year.  As Nit Trichi is a top Nit and highly ranked college cutoff are always higher . In 2019 the cut off for SC category under home state quota to get Civil Engineering in NIT, Trichy was 6564 considering things the chances are less. You may have chances of getting seat in MME, Instrumentation and Production Engineering in NIT, Trichy the cut off was 7949 ,8651 and 9596  respectively in 2019 round 7. However, cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease slightly depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available.

And for general category cut off percentile is 90.3657335
And so getting NIT Trichy is very difficult for you.
