Your percentile is very low. The chance to get admission in NIT Trichy would not be possible.

As of this year, the IITs have dropped the 12th board criteria. So you don't have to worry about the JEE. Just focus on the exam and prepare well for it. The cutoff will decide whether you can get a seat or not. The seat also depends on which branch you opt for. As different branches has different cutoff marks in each college.

every year in nit trichy 200+ companies comes to perticipate in the placemebt process. placement percentage of every department is different.most of the bigger packages are taken by the CSE students.

In B.Arch around 60% students are placed  every year.

With this percentile, your All India Rank will be around 2 lakhs. But in PwD category, it might be very very well. Based on the previous years' trends, you have enough chances of getting into NIT Trichy. Being from Tamil Nadu will help you more to get into NIT trichy into your desired course.

Yes you have a decent chances of getting admission in any NIT but i also suggest you to look for a backup option as well because in rare case if you dont get admission in your desired college your precious one year will not lost.

I am really sorry to say you that you are not eligible to get an admission in NIT Trichy because minimum cutoff trends JEE main 2019 was above 95 percentile for NITS so these time also it can be more than 95 percentile.
