It is hard to predict the percentile as it depends on number of candidates appeared and the percentage of candidates who score equal or less marks than you.
However, you calculate your expected rank using the formula and then you can check the cut off rank for NIT, Trichy

You haven't mentioned your home state and category,interested department . So I'm giving you cut offs of Last year.You have to get AIR less than 10,000 to get any department except CSE. To know the branches wise cutoff you can go through with the given below link.
