Your rank can be predicted by using the formula, (100-your total percentile)*869010/100. In your case, your approximate rank would be 230982 . Let's say the number of candidates for April exam increased to 12,00,000 then your final rank shall be (100 - your total score) X 12,00,000/100. With this rank it might be difficult for NIT Trichy. Hello,

Just to get admission in nit it is necessary to have 94 percentile in jee main and 75% marks in class 12 examination.  But if you are in some special categories then you have the chances in slightly low marks.

But you should carry a heavy weight marks.

All the best.

Thank you.

With your percentile of 93.26 you cannot get a seat in NIT Trichy. NIT trichy is a top NIT. you can calculate your rank by using the formula { (100-your total percentile) X 869010/100}. with your percentile you get the rank around 58,000. But NIT Trichy's previous cut off rank for all branches is below 10,000. you can check in the below link for detailed cut off ranks.

Hello.
But considering your doubt I am informing you that there are two national level exams for B.arch one is NATA and other is JEE mains paper 2 you cannot have admission in government colleges without giving any one of the exam, in the government colleges the main weightage is of the above exams, not of your secondary but you need to maintain eligible marks that are 60% in your intermediate.
if you are expecting to have direct admission then yes you can have in some of the private colleges on the basis of management quota but you will have to give donation for that.
Best of luck.

We would suggest you to appear for JEE Mains April session.

NIT Trichy is one of the top most NITs in India. Even with home state quota, the closing ranks for different branches range around 20000. If you are applying through All India Quota, then you need to keep a rank within 10000. As you got 81 percentile in Jee main, your expected rank will be 1.65 lakhs. With this rank it is too difficult to get into NIT Trichy for a general category candidate. Though you can check the previous years cutoff for NIT Trichy-

Hello there,

At 91.25 percentile your expected all India rank will be between 76,038,-76,438.
Last year the cutoff rank for obc home state candidates to get a seat in NIT trichy was 11223 in the final round of counseling.
So, you won't be getting a seat there,.
Therefore I will suggest you to prepare for April session of the exam.
Hope this helps
