You must target minimum 200 to get a good branch in NIT Trichy. Now that JEE mains will be conducted of 300 marks, time is not going to be a problem. So, target a minimum of 200 for good branches. 180 marks might get you a seat in branch like metallurgy but why take the risk. Target 200 for JEE mains and you'll definitely get a good branch in NIT Trichy.

NIT TRICHY is top institute in which you can be admitted by giving Jee main

The cutoff for this institute is quite high as compared to other institute.so you need an extra hard work to study in this institute.

In JEE mains paper two it is suggested for you to score around 180+ as you are targeting nit Trichy in JEE mains.

Claiming your home state and SC girls quota things will become a little more easier. But for this you have to stay focused on your studies.

I cannot exactly predict the rank for the next year.

But,the closing rank was around 250-270 for SC HS quota B.arch for NIT Trichy in the past year.
