no this percentile is not enough to get into trichy. with this percentile you will get some 5000 to 6000 rank which is not enough. you can easily get other NITs like silchar, andhra pradesh, durgapur in round 4 or 5. you can get better nits also in the 2 special rounds. but not trichy.

Based on the cutoff of 2018 ,30.67 score was required under general category for physics and 52.33 for chemistry.
