To be eligible to appear in GUJCET a candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board or university.Candidates belonging to general category must have passed with atleast 45% marks and for reserved category it is 40%.Candidate must be a bonafide resident of Gujarat.Candidates residing in other states but is a bonafide resident of Gijarat are also eligible.

In 2019 a candidate belonging to general category with rank 1917 secured a seat in ECE in Nirma Univeristy.So to be on safe side you need to score a rank below 1000 to get seat.And you must have 45% in 10+2.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.

2. Then go through the counselling which is university based

To study MBA in Nirma University, you have to appear for CAT conducted by the IIMs. And NIRMA University does not accept CMAT scores. Once you appear for CAT, you have to apply to the Institution separately. You should have a 3 year Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any stream with at least 50% aggregate marks. Students are shortlisted on the basis of CAT and then will be called for Personal Interview and Theme Development Programme. Dear aspirant, the Nirma  Universty like other states universities conducted it's own admission entrance test for UG level b.tech programs. It accepts scores of GUJCET and also the JEE MAIN score card. The eligibility for admission in Nirma University are a student
1.must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with minimum.45% marks in gen. Cat.
2.they must have taken PCM as their subjects.
3.they must have appeared in either GUJCET or JEE MAIN.
4.50%seats are filled by GUJCET appearing students ,35%by JEE MAIN qualifiers and 15%by NRI students.
Students need to fill the application form and take part in counselling process . The university releases it's cutoff baesd on both GUJCET as well as JEE MAIN ranks.
According to your percentile score your expected rank is about 4,27,639.
The cutoff ranks varies for JEE MAIN candidates but it almost closes around 150k so you have less chances of getting a seat there.
I'll suggest you to give your April attempt and score good percentile so that you can grab your dream college.

The CAT 2019 cutoff for NIRMA university’s MBA programs was around 75–80 percentile. The various components have the below weightage:

CAT 2019: 60%

PI: 20%

Theme Development & Presentation: 10%

Academic Performance: 10%

An additional score up to 5 points will also be given for full time relevant work experience in a professional organization

You can calculate your rank in JEE Main Paper 1 using the formula:

Rank = (100-percentile)*(No. of students appeared for the examination)/100

As the no. of students appeared for Paper 1 (Jan) are around 869000, your rank will be around 52000. However as the no. of students in April changes, your rank will change according to that.

With this rank, there are some chances of getting admission in NIRMA University, Ahmedabad but if you have state quota or any other reservation for this university, then the chances of getting mechanical in this university increases.

Most if the private colleges in Gujarat offer B.Arch course based on NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) examination.NATA scores is compulsory for admission into private colleges.
But Anant National University, Ahmedabad offers B.Arch course based on JEE mains marks.

Rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 112679 /100.

So, your rank will lie somewhere around 18000.

To add to your notice, NIRMA University 2020 Application Form for MBA, MBA (HRM) & B.Des. courses has been Released. To get application form for this courses you need to follow some steps:

Open official Nirma University Website ( nirmauni.ac.in ). Click on admission & aid. Now you'll see a drop down menu, click on A pply . This will redirect you to the admission page. Here you can choose your course in which you need to get admission. After doing this follow the rest procedure given below:

1. You will be required to register by entering their valid email address. The password for this will be sent to their email address.

2. After registration, you will have to login by using their email address and reset their password. Upon logging in, you will have to select the institute, program and the category in which they fall and then click on the apply button.

3. fill the details required personal, communication, academic, and others.

4. pay the fees required to complete the application process.
