Hello Student

Not mentioning the code of question paper answer sheet is not but a silly mistake. You should you should be very careful for the next time and write the code of question paper as soon as you get the the question paper in your hand. For this in which answer sheet you have not returned the question number in answer sheet you have to made an request application confessing your mistake you have done in the respective exam paper,  mentioning the date of exam, place and time the subject and admit card or hall ticket number you should have to apply to the respective board under which you are taking examination .

See if you have given the examination in a OMR sheet then writing wrong codes can create problems while checking and your answer sheet may get rejected. If you have given descriptive type examination, then it would not create much of a problem. For OMR machine, on the basis of Question sheet code, the options are marked by the machine, so providing wrong code creates problem in case of OMR.

Hello,

Department of Technical Education Telangana release the application for transfer request from an institute to another within the same affiliated institute. You can get transferred from one institute to another within the same affiliated institute but you cannot appeal for transfer from one institute to different affiliated institute. Transfer can be done on medical grounds, Transfer of parents serving in state/central government, closure of college or course in the institute. Based on this you cannot apply for transfer from JNTU to OU affiliated institute as there is no such provision to apply for transfer. If you do not want to study in JNTU you may discontinue the course and seek admission in to the institute in which you want to study by appearing for entrance examination or admission this year.
