Previous year's NEET UG cut-offs for MBBS course in Osmania University, Hyderabad for SC Category was 490 in NEET UG 2019 and 443 in NEET UG 2018. But Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors. To be on safer side and get seat with maximum chances try to have 535+ as you can see 47 marks increase in cut-off from 2018 to 2019. So, cut-offs may increase or decrease or remain may from year to year.

Since you belong to Telangana , you can claim for 85% State quota seats in your state only. If you want to claim seat in Andhra Pradesh state for 85% seats , you must have the domicile of the state or you must have done your class12 from this state , then you can participate in their online counselling otherwise you cannot. You can apply in Andhra Pradesh medical colleges through ALL INDIA QUOTA which is 15% , for this you don't to have any domicile or class12 marksheet.

It does not matter which category you belon to , for claiming 85% seats , you need to have either of the two things.

Candidates are offered admission at Osmania University at three levels: undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral. For getting Computer Science Engineering in any NIT your percentile should be at least above 96% or an OBC Candidate so that you can get admission in low NIT's like NIT Nagaland, NIT Srinagar etc.

But if you Computer Science Engineering in good NIT's you percentile should be above 99,moreover if you want Computer Science Engineering in NIT's then your percentile should be above 99.8.

Some private college also takes admission on the basis of JEE Mains result in these colleges you can get CSE even with low percentile also.

JNTU College of Engineering Hyderabad closing rank is 114

You should get in top 100 of your respective course .

For computer science it's more higher

Anyway some of the geotechnical course cutoff rank was near to 230 for jntu
