As you  mention your rank as 60 but you didn't mention about the course you are applying the courses . if you are applying for m.tech course then it is difficult to get admission there  as most of the m.tech seat are filled by GATE candidates but if you are going for b.tech then there are less chance to get so attempt all counselling.

Yes you can considering that you want admission in the same branch. All these colleges are well known and respected colleges, so the cut-off would be high, so no guarantee. But you can definitely try, and there is a decent possibility. Else you can continue, but trying won't hurt. All the best!
