I regret to inform you that you may not get seat in Osmania university neither in JNTUH in civil engineering.Based on 2018 cut off trends the cut off rank for SC category boy is 8187 in osmania university and 9682 in JNTUH.However, cut off is subjected to change

there are around 160 seats available for the non local students.so in case you wanna get with osmania university you have to go with management seats or other affiliated colleges.

Yes you can considering that you want admission in the same branch. All these colleges are well known and respected colleges, so the cut-off would be high, so no guarantee. But you can definitely try, and there is a decent possibility. Else you can continue, but trying won't hurt. All
