In order to get admission in Osmania university in M.Sc biotechnology you mus have done B.Sc in relevant field i.e biotechnology. You must also have a valid score in OUCET. Also, Candidates should have passed B.SC, B.A equivalent examination will at least 40% in aggregate. Candidates passing the Bachelors Degree examination with compartment are also eligible and secured at least 40% aggregate marks and pass in the qualifying exam i.e OUCET. Application form can be filled online on payment of 700 (INR 575 for SC/ST/PH)by Credit/ Debit Card or through Net-Banking. Candidates have to pay an additional amount of 400 in order to apply for another subject.Admission will be based on merit.

As you have stated that your rank in TSPGECET is 89. I would like to tell you that you have a great rank and with this rank you can get CSE in any college you like. But you have not mentioned your domicile.  You should know only resident of Telangana  can participate in the counselling process.  So if you are a domicile or local you can take part. Otherwise you are not eligible.  I hope this answered your query

Yes you can apply for it as your rank is quite good. If you have any reservation then that would be more helpful for you as the college is one of the top college.

Other than General  category if you have any other reservation thet will also help like state quota.

If your domicile is Telangana. Then you are not eligible for state counselling of Andhrapradesh as its seat are reserved for their local candidates ,

You can try in your home state where you can apply for 85% of local reservation ,

TS PGECET 2019 Counselling will be started from July, 2019. TS PGECET is a state level examination organizes for providing admission to the M.Tech/ M.Pharmacy/Pharm.D courses. This exam is managed by the Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE).
