doing masters in both osmania and NITW is also the best option, but since NIT'S are the Prestigious institutes for engineering in masters and also the education will be highly qualified and enhanced when compared to others. also,osmania university is one of the top university which provides the worthy education ,but strictly speaking,j suggest NITW is the best option for doing masters in engineering.

Yes, it's compulsory to get admission in OU. 1st preference is GATE qualified and PGECET rank holder.
Admissions are also given through GATE. mostly just qualifying GATE is enough to get into M.tech course in Osmania University.
You have to obtain good score in PGECET and surely you get a seat in this university.

Osmania University will declare the TS PGECET Cutoff tentatively in July for alloting seats in M.Tech/M.E./M.Arch courses in all the participating Universities/ Colleges. It would be difficult to provide you the exact information about it as cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors such as the number of students appearing in TS PGECET 2019 examination, Total available seats for admission etc.

Osmania University is a NAAC credited A university which offers various UG, PG and Ph.D. Programmes in the field of science, commerce, and humanities. This institute is among the top 50 higher education institute of our country. Hence, to get into this prestigious university’s Masters programme in pharmacy, the ranks required are pretty much high.

M.Pharma in Osmania University comes under the University College of Technology. There are two programmes in Masters of Pharmacy-

TS ECET exam is conducted for Diploma & B.Sc.(Mathematics) holders who are seeking lateral entral admission into various B.E/B.Tech courses.


Eligibility Criteria for admission to the course is-

  • Candidates should have completed Diploma in Engineering and Technology or any other equivalent degree or candidates should have passed 3-year B.Sc. Degree examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects in the group combination from a recognized University in the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh state.
  • Candidates should have qualified the exam with at least 45 percent marks and the qualifying marks for reserved categories is 40 percent.

The cutoff for admission varies every year from college to college. Therefore it would be difficult to tell you about the cutoff or the marks required for admission.

College was a good one at that time as there are minimal good facilities are there with the better classrooms , labs , sports ground and canteens as there were no hostel facility at my time and all things were well maintained too with good hygienic food was available.
