I expecting 4000 rank in ts eamcet and percentile is 93 in jee mains and i am oc girl (EBC) and belongs to OU region Do i get seat in JNTU

First of all congratulations for such a decent score.
You have scored 4k rank but you belong to unreserved category then it is not easy to get into top engineering colleges.

Counselling into ts engineering colleges is only done on eamcet score basis not on jee main.
In jntu it is hard to find seat in any branch with this score.
Not only in jntu in top 4 to 5 colleges you can not get cse branch .
For ece branch you can get in vnr,sreenidhi,mgit
But narayanamma also less chances to get.
Try to choose the best option.
