As per the eligibility you should be passed in the two year Intermediate Examination of A.P. or +2 Examination recognized as equivalent thereto with Physics, Chemistry, Biology Or Mathematics.

The basic criteria so as to get BSC honours in Maths in Osmania University is to have an aggregate of 50% in class 12th boards. 

You are required to have passed maths in boards with a minimum of 50%.

The cutoff varies year to year, It depends on the candidates appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam etc. As per the previous year cutoff the chances seems less to get a seat for civil Engineering in Osmania University.

Yes there is M.Sc Chemistry in Osmania University. 

Admission is offered on the basis of candidate’s performance in OUCET. OUCET is a Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Eligibilty Criteria 

B.Sc with 40% marks (pass for SC/ST) with Chemistry as one of the main subjects.
