The cutoff varies year to year, It depends on the candidates appeared in the exam, the difficulty level of the exam etc. As per the previous year cutoff the chances seems less to get a seat for civil Engineering in Osmania University.

Yes there is M.Sc Chemistry in Osmania University. 

Admission is offered on the basis of candidate’s performance in OUCET. OUCET is a Computer-Based Test (CBT).

Eligibilty Criteria 

B.Sc with 40% marks (pass for SC/ST) with Chemistry as one of the main subjects.

40% marks in Part II with Psychology as an optional at B.A./BMR, M.Ed./ M.A.(Education)/ M.Sc.(Home Science)/ Diploma in Child Psychology or Industrial Psychology.
