So no you are not eligible for AP ICET counselling through TS ICET score. You need to give AP ICET to be eligible for AP ICET counselling. Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has started the AP ICET 2021 counselling from December 4 in online mode on the official ICET website, sche.ap.gov.in. Candidates belonging to the General category need to pay Rs 1,200 and Reserved category candidates will have to pay Rs 600.

There is no specific cutoff for students of SC and ST category in admission to any course in CPGET 2021. As you're asking for Osmania University, your rank 73 is eligible to get admission there. You can get OU campus seat as there are 14016 seats for ST Category.

There is no merit based admission in Osmania University. You cannot get admission in the University with only IPE percentage. Osmania University being one of the top universities in Telangana requires you to write an entrance exam and get excellent marks in order to get admission.
