Hope you are doing well.With a score of 300,getting a government medical college with a score of 300 in the state of Telengana despite having a SC category.

In 2020,the cutoff score of a government medical college through State quota in Telengana was 522 .

But,you can definitely try for other courses like BDS or Ayush through private or management quota seats.

I am very sorry to let you know that your rank (523) in PGECET is not sufficient to secure a seat in JNTU Hyderabad or Osmania University  for pursuing M.Pharm. A minimum of 300rank or below is required to be scored in order to get into these universities for M.Pharm. However for GATE qualified students it may be 900.
