There is management B Tex computer science courses for the interested students. For B tech CS courses admission under the related colleges of Osmania University candidate has to secure 60% marks in 12th class examination with PCM group. And have to to appear for an entrance test like EAMCET. Hindi sentence test rank should be e as the previous years(2020) trend 19696.1 in in the last of first  round of counselling.

It is very difficult to predict the actual cutoff of different colleges as it changes every year based on different factors like how many candidates appeared, how tough the paper was along with how many seats are available in different universities and performance of candidates appeared.  But based on your rank in TS EAMCET and cutoff of osmania University Hyderabad you can get a seat in biomedical engineering as for ECE and Civil the closing rank for st female candidates is 7917 and 11160 respectively of year 2019. With you rank getting ECE or civil is difficult but you can get biomedical engineering and its closing rank is 23849

With this rank in TS EAMCET you have fair chances of getting a seat in JNTUH college of Engineering, Hyderabad.
But getting is CSE is not possible there. However you can get

• ECE
• EEE
• CIVIL ENGINEERING
• CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
• METALLURGICAL ENGINEERING

In JNTUH Karimpur and Sultanpur you have chances of getting CSE too.

Apart from these, you can also get CSE seat in :

As per your query  I would glad to tell you that at your rank you holds very good chances of getting seats in colleges like BV Raju Institute of Technology, Narsapur , Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Technology, Hyderabad but getting admission in jntu for cse branch is quite difficult because cse seats close below 800 . JNTU and Osmania, both these universities are equally good, well- equipped, good infrastructure, faculty, and a good course curriculum.

If you look at the NIRF ranking set up by the Government of India, then JNTU stands at 42 and Osmania at 80.

The placement opportunities at both these colleges are equally good, and in the end it doesn't matter from which you pass out from, only the amount of knowledge you have gained matters the most which will help you in your career further.
