If you look at the NIRF ranking set up by the Government of India, then JNTU stands at 42 and Osmania at 80.

hope you are doing great. As per your query  I would glad to tell you the fact that changing of stream is quite a difficult task  specially migration to cse stream because migration only arises when their are vacancy due to some student suddenly got left . But
