previous year PG question papers are not available. it is hard to get. You can collect it if you know any person who is in 1st year of PG course or teachers. Teachers normally keep question papers for reference.

from external source you won't get it as it is not available. You have to cover all the syllabus and practice as much as you can for better performance.

TS EAMCET provides admission platform to various colleges and also to the government colleges. Going by previous year cutoffs ,the qualifying marks stays around 40 out of 160. So to be on safe side you must try to score 60-80 in TS EAMCET to get a seat in CSE IN Osmania University.

Unfortunately there is no free seat in Osmania University even if you have scored a hundred percentile. It is mandatory to pay fee in a prestigious University like Osmania, which is quite low. But if you really want to benefit from scoring a good percentile to get into Osmania University then it is advisable to go for Fee Reimbursement program where some amount of fee will be paid by the government and you will be granted with scholarship as well. This is not just for Osmania University but for most of the Private colleges and Universities and you can claim your scholarship if you fit under the criteria of gaining certain percentile as per your university's requirements and also if you present that you belong from a poor economic background where your family's annual income is below 1 lakh. So, assuming that a certain number will help you get a free seat is almost negligible.

You can get a seat in Osmania University if you have a good score in your TS Eamcet and good score in 10+2 marks . You should have an income certificate from 1 to 2 lakhs per annum as your income .

Your rank is not so good.The previous years cutoffs was a little  higher unless you are from reserved  category. Based on previous years cutoffs you have a thin chance of getting admission to both jntuh and OU.You can apply for other universities too and you should prepare once again for the gate if you wish.

see most of the colleges does not provide admission in middle of any course and admission in bsc course of osmania university is based on marks of qualifying exam, that is 10+2 course marks, you may apply for coming session in osmania university and you have to take admission in first year, you can also contact with the university admission authority if migration is possible or not.
