Since the closing ranks for colleges are not available anywhere so I cannot really give you any suggestions regarding the colleges that you can get with this rank. I choose not to guess in this matter as it is a sensitive issue and beating about the bush isn't an option. 

Coming to your rank, it is a very good rank and with this rank you can get a seat in Osmania University, especially because you belong to BC-D category, which can prove advantageuos for you.

Hello aspirant . It is not possible to get a seat in in OU or JNTUH. There are less less tha 30 seats in both the colleges. With 1088 rank , it is just not possible to get a seat. Moreover preference is given to candidate , who has cleared GATE. Even Rank 1 in PGECET does not gives assurance of getting a seat in OU or JNUTH .

Hello aspirant ! Let me to inform you that according to the previous years cut off and closing rank for jntuh in pgecet your rank is quite high to get admitted in that college. The seats are filled by the gate qualified candidates first and then the leftovers are filled by non gate candidates .

Going by the cutoffs of previous years, you can get MBA IT in KU and MGU. You can get a seat in OU but not in the main campus. You can try for the Jogipet campus. Also, it is not possible to get a seat in Nizam though with this rank.

Having said that, I will also say that the cutoffs vary every year depending on the number of candidates, their rank, the number of seats available, etc.

Also, JNTU and OU are one of the most sought after universities, so getting EEE with this rank is possible but can be tough. Belonging to the BC-B category can be advantageous though.

Conngratulations for such a good rank. Yes, you can get admission in OU of you desired preference of course. Choose a course which you like and would enjoy doing for the rest of your years. Placement scenario is very difficult in these days due to increasing competition. Electrical is also in a great scope in future.

 Dear student, you have scored very good rank in in CPGET 2019 entrance exam. With 98 rank and assuming you to be a student of general category, you will definitely get a seat in the main campus of Osmania University for pursuing MSc botany. You will have to wait for the counselling process to begin.

Cut off remains same every year, it is 35% marks in the entrance examination. But it may vary little bit. However, the cut off for the participating institutes are the opening and closing rank of seat allotment at the counselling process. You have some chances to get a seat in the mentioned college.
