The fee structure for the participating colleges of TS LAWCET is decided by the government. So, the fee structure of both Padala Rama Reddi College and Pendekanti Law College will be same, which is around 11,000 per year.

Now coming to your desire to get admission in Osmania University, I am sorry but that is not possible. The cutoffs for Osmania University hardly cross the 100 mark so a rank of 424 doesn't really come into consideration.

you have good rank and may at this rank you may some good Institute because I think that 829 rank is not bad rank and may be eligible for this but it difficult as you think it not because you belong to OC category or you are non-local it depends on your rank. maybe it is not good or not cross they standard but it is not impossible so you may give try but also seek other Institute as you back up maybe it help you.

Osmania University is very big Institute and they have all kind of courses which are currently on-trend like you want an MBA in project management or program management. It is with deep regret that I have to inform you that your rank of 1119 may not be enough to get admission in Osmania University  since this university requires ranks of 300 or below to get admission into even for M. Pharm or Biomedical Engineering. However for GATE qualified students the cut off may go as high as 900. Hence it depends. Please participate in counselling and hope for the best!

You have a good rank indeed and you can keep your hopes high but again OU and JNTUH are one of the most sought after universities so you might have to face a lot of competition, reducing your chances.
