If you're asking specifically about Haridwar University (Roorkee), its infrastructure is generally considered good to very good for a private university, though there are some areas where students report room for improvement
I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this college.

with smart boards... The star highlights are definitely the massive central library and the high-end computer labs... the campus ground is a bit small for sports, and the hostel mess food gets mixed reactions.Laboratory for different engineering branches are available but not useful for students... Only positivity of this college is that all lecturers are well qualified and have helping nature.”

Roorkee college of engineering does not offer b.pharmacy. It offers B.E/B.Tech, M.E/M.Tech, Diploma, Bsc, B.A, B.H.M. There are hostel facilities for boys as well as girls.
