The eligibility criteria for TUEE varies from course to course. As nothing is mentioned about dropout candidates eligibility in official website, it is better to contact the university. In my opinion it won't create any problem.

2. Menial Charge Rs. 1500/- per semester × 2 = Rs.    3,000/-
