CUET eligbility is based only on class 12th,not class 10th marks.So, focus on doing well in class 12th and choose your CUET subjects wisely.

For most government and private jobs,after 12th or graduation, only need you to pass class 12 and hold a degree.

Since you mentioned DUIPU (probably Delhi-based quota like Delhi University or IPU counselling), if you have passed class 11th and 12th from Delhi, then you are eligible for the 85–90% Delhi region quota.
