I would suggest you to prefer Integrated MTech in CSE with Data Specialization over the other. Data Science has immense career scope and job prospects in the current Industry Scenario. Data Specialization secondly will give you a profile, with a bunch of useful technologies like AI, ML, Data Science and so on, and you may even pursue Research later in this domain.

I assume you are talking about either CSE or IT, see there are descent chances of you getting a seat in the mentioned programs but the fee category will depend. If you wish to go with core CSE, the seat will be available in second category only but if you choose any specializations or IT you can most probably find a seat in first category.

Note- Your percentage will not be considered for any further process as now seat allotment will be completely based on the rank provided for integrated Mtech program.

Congratulations on getting a good rank through your performance in +2examinations. With this rank it is sure that you will find a seat in integrated Mtech program (computer science and engineering with specialization in Data science) at the Vellore campus. There are around 300-400 seats available for the mentioned program and since a Major section of people will go with core branch or artificial intelligence, you should get it in category 1 or at maximum in second category.

Note- After the announcement of rankings for the counselling procedure, your percentage in senior secondary examination will not be considered for any further affairs.

B tech agriculture engineering

• 1-20000 is Category 1
• 20000-40000 is category 2
• 40000-65000 is catefory 3
• 65001-99999 is category4
• And 1lac onwards is Category 5.

• The fees keep in increasing with each category as per VIT admission rules.
• Streams are basically divided into GroupA and GroupB.

Dear aspirant,

As far as syllabus is concerned you need to study all the chapters which are there in 11th and 12th. The syllabus is more or less same for all the entrances including JEE mains, wbjee, comedk, srmjeee.

The total duration of the paper is 2hrs and 30 mins. There is a total of 5 sections -Mathematics -40 questions, Physics and chemistry -35-35 each, Aptitude-10 questions , English - 5 questions. For each correct answer 1 mark will be awarded and there will be no negative marking.

Candidates should also refer to the brochure for more detailing of the exam and other related stuffs.

hope you are doing great. As per your query  ,I would glad to tell you that persuing single degrre btech from VIT Ap would be the better option because this decision will lands you with two advantages . As btech is quite long period of time , their is possibility you are not comfortable with college and plans to do master from some better college or you suddenly to make you mind to do job for some years . But with integarted courses you will be under restriction ,you will not get even bachelors degree unless and untill you complete the full course
