Yes, you are eligible to get admission if you have appeared and passed in Mathematics from NIOS unless it is stated that the open schooling certificate is not valid in the eligibility criteria laid by the institute in which you are seeking admission. You are eligible to get admission in Vellore Institute of Technology in B.Tech Information Technology if you have passed in Mathematics from NIOS. While getting admission in VIT you need to submit the Migration Cum Transfer Certificate. If you wish to get admission in any other institute please check the eligibility criteria before proceeding to apply for admission.

Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Vellore offers a wide range of postgraduate courses, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) being one of them. The minimum eligibility criteria for applicants is that they are required to have a Bachelor’s Degree of minimum 3 years duration in BCA, B.Sc (IT/Computer Science) with Mathematics as a course at 10+2 level or at the graduate level and should have obtained at least 60% or first class at the qualifying examination.

The eligible candidates are required to submit an online application form through VIT's official website by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs.1200.

Biotechnology is a rising subject and have a lot of applications in real life. So choosing a right university for the right course is important.

You might get CSE with a specialization in Bioinformatics. The closing rank as of 2018 was 13500, however, it did close at 12000 last year. Thus there is a fair chance, but nothing can be assured.

I am afraid with your rank it is not possible to get CSE. However, the other branches that you are eligible for our EIE, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology at Vit Vellore.

In vellore campus you have a very less chance to get a branch but if you belong to category 3 you can get Mechanical Engineering branch. If you belong to category 4 you can get EEE and ME branch. If you belong to category 5 you can get ECE, EEE, ME branch in vellore campus. Also in other campuses of VIT there is a very minor chance that you get your desired branch. I would suggest you to give other entrance exams as well. If you want to re-attempt the test try getting a rank under 10k. Scoring 60-70 marks would fetch you that.

Yes I believe with a Rank of 23026 in VITEEE, you have fair chances of securing CSE (Core) or CSE (Spez) at VIT Bhopal in Category 1 itself. VIT Bhopal is really rising in character and competition at par with its sister institutes at Vellore and Chennai.

I think with 29.7k Rank in VITEEE, you have somewhat chances of securing CSE, CSE(Specialization), ECE or IT in Category 2 or 3. In Category 1, I believe you have low chances of securing ECE, but keep fingers crossed. Even if you get EEE at VIT Vellore by Category 2, thats also a good consideration.
