Greetings dear aspirant
At first, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 6000, you can easily get CSE, ECE or IT seats in Vellore campus in first fee category itself as the cut-off was 7000 in the year 2016 for CSE core branch at Vellore campus. You can check for other specialisations cut-off from the link given below.

Hello dear aspirant
At first, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 10,000, you cannot get CSE seat in Vellore campus as the cut-off was 7000 in the year 2016. Whereas, ECE, Electrical branches can be obtained with your rank. But, if you want a CSE seat, then you must go with Chennai campus.

Hi Rathna,
There would be no problem in applying for integrated Mtech program at Vellore institute of technology even if 12th results are not out yet.
VIT gives it's candidates an option to upload documents at anytime on it's portal before the counseling starts. Admissions are granted on the basis of entrance examination conducted and the students are allowed to book slots by paying a minimum fee.
Note- You must fulfill the basic eligibility criterias when the higher secondary results are announced else you will be disqualified from the institution.
Hope it helps!!
hi,
see cutoff score changes every year and it depends on some of the major determining factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, choice of stream etc. however there is no specific b.tech stream available on artificial intelligence only, you may take computer science with specialization of AI or mechanical engineering with specialization of AI and robotics. however based on previous years cutoff at this score it is very difficult to secure seat in cse stream at vit chennai or vit vellore. however we still not have the data for vit ap or vit bhopal. right now it is difficult to predict exact college name, but since CSE with AI is one of the demanding stream, it is tough chances for you to secure seat at this score.
the approximate fees structure is as follows:
Tuition Fees (Per Annum) INR 1,95,000 *
Caution Deposit (Refundable) (One time payment) INR 3,000
Total fees to be paid for the first year INR 1,98,000
however campus wise fees structure is liable to differ. follow the below link to know in details:

Hi aspirant,
Integrated Mtech in CSE at Vellore institute of technology, Vellore has around 300 seats and has fair demand among the students. The duration of the course is five years and has almost the same curriculum as for btech courses. The acaedmics are fine with regular coding hackathons are updated subjects.
The integrated course has less or same placements as of btech courses because the companies hire regular Mtech students over the integrated ones. You will though get better lab facilities and some top level faculty as the program is sponsored by Virtusa company.
Hope it helps!!

Hello dear Shreya
First of all, I would recommend you to choose a branch of your personal interest. For example, if you are passionated towards computers, then choosing CSE at VIT Bhopal would be the best option available to you as you would be fulfilling your passion. When it comes to placements, VIT has a centralised placements where all the students get opportunities for placements equally. They follow one entry and one exit policy, where students enter their university through VITEEE exam and exit through a centralised placement opportunity. VIT claims 100% placements for all its students.
Hope I've cleared all your doubts!!
All the best for your future endeavours
Greetings of the day dear aspirant
VIT University offers 5 fee categories for the admission into their academic courses. When it comes to fee categories, they are only for the admission into a particular branch and it is decided based upon your marks in their VITEEE exam. But, once you get into any branch, there is no partiality between category 1 student and category 5 student. Both study in a same class and under same faculty. Every student receives equal academic and co-curricular inputs from the college side. There is no special treatment for category 5 students as such. Even Hostel Fees are the same for both. Fees differ only in Tution fees.
I hope I have cleared your doubt!!
All the best for your future career
Hi Shiva,
It is very difficult to predict because cut-offs varies from year to year. But it is difficult to get B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering in VIT Bhopal and VIT Amaravati with your VITEEE Rank in category 1 or 2. Your rank doesn't fall in previous year's cut-offs of Electronics and Communication Engineering in VIT Bhopal or VIT Amravati. You can try for Category 5 for this branch but you need to pay additional 2.5 Lakhs per annum for four years.
Click below link to get more information about VITEEE cut-offs.
