If you want VIT then you have to sit for the VITEEE and the exams will be conducted from 28-31st May,2021. So its not likely that you will get the results before 2nd June,2021. Thus you have two ways-

• Not to take admission in SRM and solely prepare for VITEEE and try to score maximum score.
• Take admission in SRM and if you get a seat in VITEEE cancel your admission. You will get the money back after deductions. Although, If there are some freezing kind of option you can opt for it.

In case of viteee cut off it is not possible to predict the exact cut off as vit doesn't release any official data for its cut off.

The following factors shall play the role for determining the viteee cut off 2021:-

1-The difficulty level of viteee examination.

2-The number of candidates who appeared in the examination.

3-Previous years viteee cut off trends for BTech.

4-The number of seats in vit on which admissions will be considered.

see biotechnology is a diverse Discipline and has wide scope in research and scientific studies. however you need to do m.tech or Phd after completing you bachelors to get the best option to become a research analyst. while choosing college you need to keep in mind about the placement, students faculty ratio, college infrastructure, lab facility. Yes of course you can join VIT even if you don't appear for VITEEE, because VITEEE is an entrance examination only for admission to B.Tech courses but if you are seeking admission in any other course like BA/B.Sc./B.Arch and some others then you don't need to appear in VITEEE. In fact, for some courses like BA/B.Com./B.Sc. you can take direct admission on the basis of your class 12th score, you do not need to appear for any of the entrance examination.

Also for B.Tech in Fashion Technology there is no requirement of VITEEE, you can directly apply for admission in the course from the official website.

see the both of the institute is excellent in terms of placement, college  infrastructure, students faculty ratio, placement, extra curricular activities and so on. for computer engineering the most basic concept needs is maths and modern physics. however for mechanical engineering the base of the study is physics core curriculum and maths. so you must decide which of the course interest you the most and decide accordingly. vit vellore and Nit warrangel has excellent placement for computer science engineering. companies like tcs, Infosys , IBM, amazon visits the campus, but for core engineering like mechanical engineering I would prefer nit warrangal over VIT vellore.

There are basically 4 category seats available and as per the category fee varies. For example if you get seat under category 1 then the fee will be less and will increase by category 2 and so on. So, if you want CSE seat in VIT Vellor under category 1, try to rank between 5000 to 6000. And with rank upto 13k to 14k you can get CSE seat in VIT Chennai. Means to get a rank less than 6000, you must score around 60-70 out of 80 to keep yourself on safe side.

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as you have not specified about the branch and course you are talking about but i am assuming that you want to know about BTECH CSE closing rank it may defer every year but more or less you may get rough idea about it in the following data any rank greater then 10,000 will lank you in CS/IT branch in vit vellore. Closing rank of some of that are:-

CSE Vellore closing rank - 5000-6000

IT Vellore closing rank - 7000-9000

CSE Chennai Closing Rank - 10,000-12000
