You can get admission in VIT University. If you are giving VITEEE examination which is entrance examination of VIT then you can join this university. Because 12th CBSE board examination cancelled so they are may be not check the number of 12th class. But there is no problem occurs in admission. As you have mentioned you have scored 50 marks in viteee 2021, so there is very less chance for you to get cse there even if you opt for category 5.

Since vit vellore authorities have not released its cut offs for past few years ,it is very difficult to predict what is the exact cut off for the cse branch or any other branch. Although the cut off changes every year depending upon the difficulty level of the paper, the number of candidates appeared on the exam.

See for ECE if you get chance go for VIT undoubtedly. VIT has better curriculum and faculties than Manipal. Manipal's curriculum isn't that good as compared to the VIT curriculum. Also infrastructure and placement wise VIT is better. So just go for VIT.

Vellore Institute of Technology offers B.Sc. I have rearrange the college name based on students review, college infrastructure, students faculty ratio and placement opportunity. however fees structure differs college to college and in some of the institute has financial assistant for needy students.

through delhi technological university has better ranking than vit , but for chemical engineering domain I would suggest you to go for vellore institute of technology main campus. DTU placement record is not promising for B.tech chemical engineering, around 70% students placed and number of core company is less.

where in vtu chemical engineering students get work opportunity in core company, IT company and management sectors. the major recruiters is honey well, tata chemicals, reliance industry, ecolab. the average package offered is 4.5 lpa.

VIT has released the fee structure on the official website https://vit.ac.in/

VIT fee structure 2021 has been categorized into two groups of Btech program : Group A and Group B. Group A fee is less than group B. Group A fee: Rs. 1,76,000 and Group B fee : Rs. 1,98,000  for the first year. There are different programs under Group A namely bio engg, biotechnology, civil engg., chemical engg, production & industrial engg, EEE, Electronics & instrumentation, B.Des and fashion technology. Yes, you will have this option through Management Quota to get admission in VIT.Some seats are reserved for admission through management quota and candidates who are not getting desired branch based on rank can get admission by providing some extra money.
