To choose any one out of these 3 would be totally dependent on the course you wish to pursue, the marks you have currently, which all entrances you have given, what kind of a career you wish to have in the future etc. You should consider all these factors and then take a calculated and well thought decision

ICAR is an organization which approves the agriculture colleges or courses provided by the colleges. And Bsc agriculture from VIT vellore is not approved by ICAR. So, might be you will have less opportunities in future for job or further studies than those by the ICAR approved colleges.

Congratulations for your rank, yes you can get admission in computer engineering in VIT vellore, as the closing rank for VIT vellore is around 6000-7000, as your rank is 5000, you have a pretty good chance of getting computer science in vellore, also you have chances for other branches in VIT vellore too.

Among these, if you want to choose the best engineering college, it should be BITS Pilani. VIT offers a fully flexible credit system (FFCS) that gives students the opportunity to customize their subjects according to their interests. Students can select major and minor subjects according to their choice.

You can choose a secondary subject related to your main subject or completely different to explore and learn the subject according to your interests.

Here are some suggestions for minor themes that you can choose for EEE as the main theme.

If you are interested in computer oriented skills, you can choose Engineering and Computer Science as minor with EEE.

If you have an interest in geography, you can choose Geology, Geophysics or Engineering in Metallurgy and Materials as minor subjects.

You can also choose aerospace engineering or ocean engineering and naval architecture if you want to explore these fields.

You can also choose minor subjects like Chemical Engineering, Agricultural and Food Engineering, Economics, Architecture.

** For getting a minor degree there is a eligibility which you should ask your program chair or proctor the minimum credits required for minor degree.
