Firstly you should know about what is MTECH integrated course. It consists of 5 years i.e. 3 years in BTECH degree and 2 years in MTECH degree. Yes Integrated MTECH course is good in VIT Vellore but not in VIT Bhopal. So you should prefer VIT Vellore and not VIT

Both the college are good in their own way. But as coming to facilities ,infrastructure VIT has more good facilities compared to Amrita.As far as placement is concerned more than 100 company visits VIT incluidng Google,Microsoft,Amazon,PayPal, D E shaw and more super dream companies as compared to Amrita.
