The qualifying cutoff marks of VITEEE are not disclosed by the university. The cut-off for VITEEE is determined separately branch wise for all the campuses of VIT University. 

Also, VITEEE counseling 2019 is being conducted on May 9, 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15 at VIT Vellore, Chennai, Amaravathi

I think vit Vellore is a better option if you are getting ECE there. But if you are getting EE at vit then you must go for cse at thapar.  Also thapar takes students through JEE Mains exam whereas vit conducts it's own. Therefore the better crowd is at

I think BITS Hyderabad is better as Chemical Engineering is a core Branches and BITS being the brand name can attract many PSUs at the campus for placement and BITS has brand name. And in terms of education it is much better than VIT VELLORE.

Hi Tarun.VIT admission will be done through VITEEE exam which will be conducted by VIT.You cannot get seat through board exams.If you have already appeared for vit viteee exam then you can get seat according to your rank in that particular viteee exam conducted by vit university.
