Yes. You will hve to pay much higher fees. This system is called the phase system. With your rank You can get in Phase 3 or 4.

Hi Pulkit!! Congratulations on your rank but I am sorry to inform you that you won't get CSE in VIT vellore as the cutoff has been around 7000 over the recent years for CSE so you can go for management quota if you still want the branch in VIT vellore

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.

I would not suggest anyone to take admission here

College Infrastructure

VIT UNIVERSITY, BHOPAL infrastruture is very basic not good . It has everything hostels , academic blocks and they all the finely built . All over the campus greenery is there but not very good flowers they can do better .
