According to your rank in VITEEE 2019 ,you have very less chance to get seat in computer science engineering in VIT vellore campus as the previous year closing rank for CSE is under 10000.

Both are equally fine but the placements at VIT is much better than LPU.

But in matters of FEE LPU has lower fee structure.

Though the cut off for CSE is higher than any else branch at VIT Vellore .Last year closing rank was around 10,000.

But there might be slight changes in it .As number of students varies along with aggregate .So you might have little chances that you may get.

No, you cannot join VIT with the same rank. Each and every year VITEEE exams are held and on the basis of their rank they provide the colleges. Every time you give the exam and a new rank will be provided to you on the basis of that

ALL CAMPUS ARE EQUALLY GOOD AND WELL BUILT AS THE DEGREE YOU GET WILL BE UNDER VIT NAME. 

STILL AFTER VELLORE CHENNAI IS MORE BETTER AS IT HAS VAST COMPANIES WHICH COME FOR FRESHER GRADUATING STUDENT. 

CHENNAI IS THE STATE WHICH IS BECOMING HUB FOR ENGINEERS SO GO FOR CHENNAI.
