I think its difficult for you to get a seat in VIT vellore or chennai campus. However, i'm not ruling out the possiblities of getting a seat in VIT Amaravati campus(AP). Do check seats status daily once the counselling starts.

Hi Vinayak.Yes ofcourse you can get seat in Vit colleges.Probably you may get it in vit amaravati or vit bhopal.And coming to category it depends on the branch you are going to choose.For example if you wanted to take cse branch in vit amaravati  then you may not get it
