Hi anish.Yes you can get admission in vit.Better you try for vit bhopal campus.You can get a seat over there.You can also try for good courses like cs  in that campus .But I donot say that you will get them in the first category itself.You may or maynot get good

As per your rank and previous year cut off there is no chance of you getting mechanical branch in first category in vellore.

there is a slight chance that you might get mechanical branch in 4/5 category in vellore or you can go for chennai campus too.

Sorry to inform you that the closing ranks of the previous years at VIT for CSE and ECE branches, are not in much favour to you.

The closing ranks at  VELLORE are

CSE- 10,000

ECE- 15000

For Chennai campus they would be

CSE- 15,000

ECE-25,000
