Hello dear,there are m.tech integrated course is available..
Mtech Integrated course is refurbished version of MS Integrated 5 years as there was some problem in accredition. Syllabus will be similar to BTech. It is easy to get CGPA as the exams will be easier and not much of heavy competition

My rank is 150660 in 2018 exams where can I try for admission in vitte

According your score you have the chances for VIT Bhopal but it is a new campus of VIT so if you have any other options or applied any other exam like BITSAT try to focus on that to score good.

College Infrastructure

Vellore Institute of Technology has a really nice infrastructure with clean classrooms, labs, library and hostels. Wi-Fi is only available for 20 hours as it gets switched off around midnight. Campus is big and nice, but it can get crowded. Hostels are very hygienic as they get cleaned daily.
